LGAC 1.- Management and Innovation of Human Capital in organizations. This line of research investigates the dynamics generated by the social-labor interrelationship of the human factor as an indispensable element in organizations, since the development and innovation of the processes required for the construction of their intellectual capital and production of quality goods and services, with social responsibility, and that allow them to enter and remain in the highly competitive and changing markets in which they operate, depend on it.
