Welcome to the website of the Master’s Degree in Management and Exploitation of Sugarcane Agrosystems

 

The professional Master’s Degree in Management and Exploitation of Sugarcane Agrosystems was created in 1997, and its Curriculum is periodically updated, in this way the relevance of the program is maintained. This postgraduate program is attached to the Faculty of Biological and Agricultural Sciences of the Biological-Agricultural Area of ​​the Universidad Veracruzana Orizaba-Córdoba area. It responds to the need to serve the sugar cane agroindustry, which represents a diversification option with important socio-economic perspectives. This postgraduate degree is based on the need to train professionals in the management of sugarcane agrosystems, based on the sustainable development of the crop, the optimization and control of processes, as well as the management and management of agroindustries, which generate and apply knowledge in favor of environmental preservation.

Mission

Train human resources that contribute to the development of a highly competitive and sustainable sugarcane agroindustry, capable of planning, directing and executing applied technological development and teaching programs in sugarcane, linked to the agroindustrial sector.

Vision

To be a postgraduate program recognized nationally and internationally for the comprehensiveness of the educational proposal and training of high-quality human resources, focused on the development of knowledge that meets high standards; contributing to the expansion of a sustainable sugar agroindustry.

The Master’s Degree in Management and Exploitation of Sugarcane Agrosystems is registered in the National Quality Postgraduate Program-Secihti.
