Description. The specialization in Administration and Management of Architectural and Urban Projects belongs to the Faculty of Architecture Xalapa Region. It has a professional profile which is taken in the form of schooling (on-site). The duration of studies is 1 year with a total of 660 hours (150 theoretical hours and 510 practical) to give a total of 61 credits. The degree awarded by supporting an Integrator Project and its defense in a Degree Examination is Diploma of Specialist in Administration and Management of Architectural and Urban Projects.
Objective Train specialists with a broad and solid problem-solving and innovative capacity to direct, coordinate, manage and organize companies and work groups dedicated to the development and management of socially and environmentally responsible urban and architectural projects.
Academic requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum average of 7, preferably 7.8 or higher.
2. Pass the admission exam (EXANI III of CENEVAL);
3. Interview with the Postgraduate Admission Committee.

The general profile of the teaching staff. They are university professors with extensive academic training, with master’s and doctoral degrees. Teachers with a desirable PRODEP profile and membership of the National System of Researchers of CONAHCyT and who also have extensive professional experience in the field of architecture and urban planning.
