1. ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF SOCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL INTERACTIONS
Objective
In this line of research, the work is directed toward the search for answers to educational needs outside of school environments, such as organizational and communal needs, by analyzing social interactions and their impact on society.
Description
This line of research focuses on aspects related to the education of individuals with special educational needs; the identification of children with exceptional abilities; the structuring of an environment that favors the development of their potential; the identification and analysis of personal development processes leading to a better quality of life in the workplace; the identification and analysis of processes that promote personal and/or group development; as well as child development and the upbringing role of the parents.
2. ETHICS FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
Objective
To study the ethical behavior of human beings as individuals, professionals, and members of an institutional community.
Description
Currently, situations are emerging that affect the development of individuals, groups, and institutions. These require studies from an ethical perspective to facilitate reflection and decision-making that favor human development without manipulation and misinformation.
The topics to be addressed include inequalities in access to the exercise of fundamental human rights, corruption, violence, ecological crises, and also issues related to technological advances such as artificial intelligence, among others.
