Universidad Veracruzana (UV), founded in 1944, is one of Mexico’s largest public higher education institutions. In addition to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, it also offers non-formal education programmes in a wide variety of academic areas. At present, student enrollment exceeds 80,000.
