The Mexican Association of Robotics and Industry, A.C. (AMRob), and the Universidad Veracruzana (UV), are pleased to invite Students, Teachers, Researchers and Professionals who are in the industry, to send their contributed papers to XXV Robotics Mexican Congress (COMRob 2023), which will be held Wednesday through Friday, November 15-17, 2023 at Universidad Veracruzana, Xalapa, Veracruz, México.
The paper submission site will be open from April 17th to July 28th, 2023; authors resources and more event information will be available at the web page of the congress: https://www.uv.mx/en/comrob.

XXV COMRob 2023 is an event hosted by the Mexican Association of Robotics and Industry, A.C. (AMRob), and the Universidad Veracruzana (UV), whose primary purpose is robotics promotion and dissemination. This event attracts the attention of students, researchers and professionals from undergraduate to graduate levels, with the need of presenting the progress and results of their educational, research, technological development and industrial applications projects. Subjects of interest, which are no limited to those mentioned here, include:

Scientific Committee will evaluate quality of contributions. On September 11th the acceptance or rejection of the articles will be notified. At least one of the authors must register to the event and make the oral presentation. The Scientific Committee will also select the papers that will compete for the Dr. Rafael Kelly award, based on the quality of its technological contribution to the Robotics area, notifying the authors; these papers must be presented by student authors in order to be evaluated in their oral presentation as well. The former Presidents Committee will evaluate the paper, oral presentation, and its contribution to robotics area, selecting a winner for both undergraduate and graduate categories, the latter will be provided a recognition.
Since 2020, an award to best paper submitted by students is given, in industrial robotics related topics, in honor to our association member and former president M.C. Javier Campos; the Scientific Committee will evaluate nominated papers, as well as the presentation, selecting a winner for a recognition.
We have started the registration of COMRob 2023 to IEEE with the aim that best evaluated papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library database.
