The Master’s Degree in Nursing has a curriculum framed and articulated with the social development policies that are presented in: the National Development Plan (PND) and Health 2019-2024. It is also based on the Veracruz Development and Health Plan 2019-2024, where a greater boost is given to university education and student entrepreneurship, occupying the Veracruzana University an important percentage in higher education and postgraduate characteristics that are established in the updating of this master’s program.

 

The Master’s Degree in Nursing was designed according to the guidelines for the curricular design of postgraduate educational programs, indicated by the General Directorate of Postgraduate Studies (DGP) of the University of Veracruzana and the National Postgraduate System (SNP). On the other hand, being an institutional program of the Universidad Veracruzana, has to establish close congruence with the central purpose of the General Development Plan 2030, whose intention and determination is to lead the institution to levels of quality and relevance; ´so it focuses on research in areas of education and health, to improve care processes from preventive actions to those of intervention in different populations, making it a socially responsible program.
