Welcome to the website of the Master of Science in Biological Processes
The Master of Science in Biological Processes is based at the Faculty of Chemistry Sciences in the city of Orizaba, it is a school-based program oriented toward scientific research. In this postgraduate degree, several disciplines converge, giving it a multidisciplinary character and is enabled to generate knowledge that allows analyzing and solving problems within the broad field of biotechnology. In the program, horizontal technologies are assumed with leadership and the cooperative spirit is promoted. The studies are framed in the research topics that are developed within the Academic Bodies of Faculties of the UV belonging to the Technical Area and the Agricultural Biological Area, they are consolidated through the link with projects financed fundamentally by external organizations such as CONACYT, FOMIX, European Community, etc; and are enriched by the cooperation in thematic networks of the program’s academics with other research groups at the national and international level.
