Cisco LATAM engineering is pleased to announce a career opportunity for qualified Networking Academy Engineering graduates who would enjoy learning and working with Cisco, a worldwide leader in networking that transforms how people connect, communicate and collaborate.

Cisco LATAM engineering is searching for recent bachelor of engineering graduates who have some knowledge of Cisco, its products and services and who have a passion for learning and providing customer support. Technical certifications and some level of technical experience or exposure are preferred, but not required. The right candidate must possess a positive attitude and a disposition for teamwork and collaboration. Only those committed to Cisco and the learning program will be considered. Good English skills are preferred.

Qualified candidates will do a basic technical test and lab and go through an interview process. Selected candidates will be contracted to start a 6-month development program that will include a full time, technical and soft-skills development boot camp followed by on-the-job training activities before being positioned in either the Global Services Practices, Technical Assistance Center, Focused Technical Support, Advanced Services or System Engineering organizations.

  • Recent graduates
  • Very good English skills
  • Knowledge of Cisco products & services
  • Some field experience/exposure
  • Possess teamwork skills
  • Has commitment to Cisco and the program
  • Certifications achieved or in progress
  • Valid passport preferred
