Philosophy of History, Epistemology, and History of Science This line deals with theories that discuss the purpose of the course of historical events, the epistemological and methodological criteria of historical narratives, the interaction between social sciences and history that determine certain historiographical criteria, and how this has affected the narration and demarcation of science and its history.

History of social, cultural and political ideas It describes and analyzes the ongoing and changing concerns of idea systems to reveal the nature of our current difficulties in society. Thus, it will offer an examination of our present through ethical, political, social, and cultural theories, the study of mentalities, and the diverse identities that are elaborated and re-elaborated by modernity from societies.

History of Philosophical Systems The line is interested in the study of the different systems of philosophical thought throughout history, through the construction of historical and philosophical concepts, to establish a dialogue with the ontological, epistemological, and axiological debates of the present.
