F\u00e9lix Antonio J\u00e1uregui<\/strong><br \/>\nResponsable de la Orientaci\u00f3n de Lenguas<br \/>\nLicenciatura en Gesti\u00f3n Intercultural para el Desarrollo<br \/>\nUVI Sede Las Selvas<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Los d\u00edas 25 y 26 de agosto del presente a\u00f1o la UVI Sede Las Selvas organiz\u00f3 el Segundo Encuentro de Hablantes de Lengua N\u00e1huatl con el objetivo de generar un espacio de di\u00e1logo, de reflexi\u00f3n y de an\u00e1lisis sobre aspectos ling\u00fc\u00edsticos y socioling\u00fc\u00edsticos que le caracterizan a la lengua n\u00e1huatl y a su diversidad dialectal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Este evento tiene sus or\u00edgenes en la UVI Sede Huasteca, con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uv.mx\/uvi\/general\/hacia-la-normalizacion-del-nahuatl-discusiones-en-torno-a-un-lenguaje-academico-en-la-uvi\/\" target=\"_blank\">Primer Encuentro<\/a> en noviembre de 2015, con la participaci\u00f3n de estudiantes de las Sedes Grandes Monta\u00f1as, Las Selvas y Huasteca. Este evento pretende ser un proyecto permanente para trabajar hacia el fortalecimiento y vitalidad de esta lengua, buscando cada vez m\u00e1s la unidad de los hablantes y estudiosos del n\u00e1huatl con miras a posicionar este idioma en un plano de equidad ling\u00fc\u00edstica en el pa\u00eds, con la misma validez oficial que el espa\u00f1ol, como parte del cumplimiento de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.diputados.gob.mx\/LeyesBiblio\/pdf\/257_171215.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Ley General de Derechos Ling\u00fc\u00edsticos de los Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A este Segundo Encuentro asistieron alrededor de 180 participantes nahuahablantes, entre los que se encontraron egresados de la Licenciatura en Gesti\u00f3n Intercultural para el Desarrollo; acad\u00e9micos y estudiantes de la Universidad Veracruzana Intercultural; representantes de universidades como la Universidad Intercultural del Estado de Hidalgo, M\u00e9xico y Puebla; del Centro de Ense\u00f1anza de Lenguas Extranjeras de la UNAM; de la Academia de n\u00e1huatl <em>Chimalnahuatlajtole<\/em> de Morelos, as\u00ed como docentes de Educaci\u00f3n Ind\u00edgena del sur de Veracruz y actores locales de la regi\u00f3n Las Selvas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Las actividades iniciaron con el ritual de los cuatro rumbos del universo que tuvo como objetivo agradecer al Ser Supremo Ind\u00edgena, <em>Talogan Nanah wan Talogan Tatah<\/em>, los cuatro elementos que dan vida a los humanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A lo largo de los dos d\u00edas, en cinco mesas de trabajo simult\u00e1neas se discutieron temas como la actualizaci\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica, la escritura de la lengua, la ense\u00f1anza y el aprendizaje del idioma, la interdialectalizaci\u00f3n del n\u00e1huatl y la propuesta de estrategias para su vitalizaci\u00f3n. En el horario vespertino se realizaron actividades de animaci\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica de teatro, lectura de poemas, presentaci\u00f3n de cuentacuentos, as\u00ed como canciones, son jarocho y cumbias en lengua n\u00e1huatl. Tambi\u00e9n, se present\u00f3 el relato <em>Toapah wahki<\/em> (La tierra ya no se moja), obra en n\u00e1huatl del escritor Rafael Nava Vite, en v\u00edsperas de su publicaci\u00f3n en formato de audio libro, y se dieron a conocer los Resultados de la Fase Diagn\u00f3stica y Avances de Dise\u00f1o Curricular de la Maestr\u00eda en Lengua y Vida N\u00e1huatl, con la finalidad de discutir su pertinencia y opiniones. Tambi\u00e9n participaron el Dr. <a href=\"http:\/\/golfo.ciesas.edu.mx\/profesores-investigadores\/andres-hasler-hangert\/\" target=\"_blank\">Andr\u00e9s Hasler Hangert<\/a>, la Dra. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iis.unam.mx\/indexcontent.php?_module=28\" target=\"_blank\">Luisa Par\u00e9 Ouellet<\/a> y el Mtro. <a href=\"https:\/\/mx.linkedin.com\/in\/abel-ramirez-hernandez-70594067\" target=\"_blank\">Abel Ram\u00edrez Hern\u00e1ndez<\/a> en la mesa redonda donde se discuti\u00f3 la relaci\u00f3n entre lengua y vida entre los nahuas del sur de Veracruz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Podemos concluir que este evento fue significativo porque apuesta por un posicionamiento \u00e9tico-pol\u00edtico de hablantes de n\u00e1huatl, oriundos de pueblos nahuas, que han resistido hist\u00f3ricamente los embates de programas sociales y pol\u00edticas educativas que no han respondido a las caracter\u00edsticas socioling\u00fc\u00edsticas y socioeducativas de nuestra naci\u00f3n pluricultural. Ahora, parece que j\u00f3venes preparados y activistas despiertan cada d\u00eda con miradas propositivas, como una forma de lucha social, por el reconocimiento, respeto y valoraci\u00f3n de su lengua y cultura y encontrar un lugar en nuestra sociedad mexicana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*<\/strong>\u00a0<em>La traducci\u00f3n al nahua de Pajapan es del Mtro.
