El evento se realiza desde 2014 en la sede regional Grandes Monta\u00f1as de la UVI, ya que consideramos que la animaci\u00f3n sociocultural es sustancial para dinamizar diversas pr\u00e1cticas culturales locales, as\u00ed como para la transformaci\u00f3n social.
