Guerra, bot\u00edn y fortuna<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Carlos Hugo Hermida Rosales<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>28\/04\/18, Xalapa, Ver.- <\/em><\/strong>El historiador Juan Ortiz Escamilla present\u00f3 en la XXV Feria Internacional del Libro Universitario (FILU) de la Universidad Veracruzana (UV), el volumen <em>Calleja. Guerra, bot\u00edn y fortuna, <\/em>personaje cuya\u00a0 capacidad estrat\u00e9gica le sirvi\u00f3 para pasar de militar de segundo rango a virrey de la Nueva Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA F\u00e9lix Mar\u00eda Calleja no lo design\u00f3 el rey de Espa\u00f1a, sino las cortes; \u00e9l no compr\u00f3 su cargo como los dem\u00e1s virreyes\u201d, expres\u00f3 el historiador la noche del viernes 27 de abril en el Sal\u00f3n \u201cJuan Vicente Melo\u201d del Complejo Deportivo Omega.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e9sta, que fue la primera presentaci\u00f3n de la Editorial UV en la FILU 2018, el integrante del Instituto de Investigaciones Hist\u00f3rico-Sociales (IIH-S) estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por Yovana Celaya N\u00e1ndez y Luis Fernando Granados, del mismo instituto, moderados por Germ\u00e1n Mart\u00ednez Aceves, coordinador de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n de la Editorial UV.<\/p>\n<p>El investigador explic\u00f3 que F\u00e9lix Calleja se hizo de una fortuna mal habida cuando\u00a0 general del ej\u00e9rcito realista la cual form\u00f3 a partir de los bienes requisados a los insurgentes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta fortuna fue tan grande, que a su regreso a Espa\u00f1a le llev\u00f3 a ser el hombre m\u00e1s rico de la regi\u00f3n de Valencia\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Ortiz Escamilla, adscrito al Instituto de Investigaciones Hist\u00f3rico-Sociales, present\u00f3 en la Feria Internacional del Libro Universitario  el libro <em>Calleja.
