fines de grandes potencias como la Uni\u00f3n Europea, los Estados Unidos (EEUU) y Jap\u00f3n, que han contribuido a la modernizaci\u00f3n y el conocimiento que generan lo exportan al en Colombia ha sido un espacio de movilidad social en el que los j\u00f3venes pueden escalar de la pobreza a estados dignos, \u201ca pesar de que como en M\u00e9xico y otros pa\u00edses de Latinoam\u00e9rica, tenemos estructuras r\u00edgidas\u201d.<\/span><span movilizaci\u00f3n social<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La tambi\u00e9n integrante del Pacto por la Educaci\u00f3n, mencion\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n de 1991 de su pa\u00eds representa un hito hist\u00f3rico producto de una movilizaci\u00f3n estudiantil (la S\u00e9ptima Papeleta), del que despu\u00e9s de muchas resistencias y luchas, algunos de sus grandes l\u00edderes hoy ostentan el poder.<\/span><span es por la idea de que ir a la universidad permite escalar socialmente, ser alguien, conseguir trabajo; la educaci\u00f3n ha perdido su encanto porque a los j\u00f3venes ya no les parece atractivo continuar una vida acad\u00e9mica si existen otras alternativas\u201d, plante\u00f3 la investigadora.<\/span><span
