El LabPsiCom<\/strong> del Centro de Investigaciones Biom\u00e9dicas particip\u00f3 activamente en la organizaci\u00f3n del Segundo Simposio Internacional de Computaci\u00f3n Aplicada al An\u00e1lisis de la Conducta Animal<\/strong>, celebrado el pasado viernes 22 de agosto en el INAOE<\/strong>, con el objetivo de presentar avances en investigaci\u00f3n en la intersecci\u00f3n entre ciencias computacionales y conducta animal<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Durante el evento, se presentaron trabajos en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Facultad de Matem\u00e1ticas y el equipo Tzuku (INAOE y UATx). Algunos de estos proyectos fueron desarrollados directamente en nuestro laboratorio y otros surgieron del CA Modelado Matem\u00e1tico<\/strong>, todos ellos utilizando datos generados por el LabPsiCom como insumo esencial para el an\u00e1lisis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Las contribuciones incluyeron una conferencia plenaria<\/strong>, dos ponencias orales<\/strong> y dos carteles<\/strong>, lo que subraya el alcance y relevancia multidisciplinaria de nuestros esfuerzos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Este tipo de sinergias, que integran herramientas avanzadas de c\u00f3mputo con estudios del comportamiento animal, refuerzan el compromiso del LabPsiCom con la innovaci\u00f3n metodol\u00f3gica y la colaboraci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica.<\/span><\/p>\n

Computational Intelligence to Unravel Animal Behavior: LabPsiCom’s Contribution at the Second International Symposium<\/strong><\/p>\n

The LabPsiCom<\/strong>, part of the Center for Biomedical Research, played a key role in organizing the Second International Symposium on Computing Applied to Animal Behavior Analysis<\/strong>, held last Friday, August 22, at INAOE<\/strong>. The event served as a platform to share progress in integrating computational science and animal behavior studies<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Several projects were presented in collaboration with the Faculty of Mathematics and the Tzuku team (INAOE and UATx). These included studies developed directly in our laboratory, as well as contributions from the Mathematical Modeling Academic Group (CA)<\/strong>, all of which utilized data generated by LabPsiCom as essential inputs.<\/p>\n

Our contributions comprised a plenary lecture<\/strong>, two oral presentations<\/strong>, and two posters<\/strong>, highlighting the reach and multidisciplinary nature of our work.<\/p>\n

These collaborative engagements not only demonstrate our commitment to methodological innovation but also underscore the value of integrating computational approaches with animal behavior research.<\/p>\n
