style=\"text-align:justify;padding-left:10px;padding-right:10px\">18 junio de 2014.- Como parte de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre el <strong style=\"color:#000000\">Centre de Coop\u00e9ration Internationale en Recherche Agronomique pour le D\u00e9veloppement (CIRAD)<\/strong> y el <strong style=\"color:#000000\">Instituto de Biotecnolog\u00eda y Ecolog\u00eda Aplicada (INBIOTECA)<\/strong> para entender molecularmente la din\u00e1mica de la expresi\u00f3n de genes durante la embriog\u00e9nesis som\u00e1tica del caf\u00e9 mediante an\u00e1lisis transcript\u00f3micos y de gen\u00f3mica comparativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;padding-left:10px;padding-right:10px\">Los Doctores Jean Cristophe Breitler y Frederic Georget del CIRAD realizaron una estancia corta de investigaci\u00f3n en el Grupo de Epigen\u00e9tica y Biolog\u00eda del Desarrollo del INBIOTECA, a cargo de los Doctores <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uv.mx\/personal\/andorantes\" style=\"color:#009900\" target=\"_blank\">Ana Elena Dorantes Acosta<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uv.mx\/personal\/maarteaga\" style=\"color:#009900\" target=\"_blank\">Mario Arteaga V\u00e1zquez<\/a>, para avanzar en la estrategia experimental para la obtenci\u00f3n y generaci\u00f3n de bibliotecas de ARNs mensajeros y de ARNs peque\u00f1os de las diferente etapas de la embriog\u00e9nesis som\u00e1tica del caf\u00e9,
