Una vez lleno, deber\u00e1n crear un correo desde su cuenta institucional, adjuntando el formato y su ficha de pago correspondiente (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uv.mx\/dgrf\/files\/2022\/03\/Tabulador-marzo-2022.pdf\">ver tabulador vigente<\/a>), considerando las siguientes indicaciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Asunto: Examen de \u00faltima oportunidad<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Datos del cuerpo: Nombre completo, matr\u00edcula, programa educativo, nombre de la experiencia educativa causante del examen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* \u00a0Es importante seguir estas indicaciones para evitar que el correo sea ignorado o enviado a correo no deseado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3.
