Welcome to the website of the International Colloquium on Research in Foreign Languages (X CIILE for its initials in Spanish). We are pleased to announce our VII Colloquium in Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico, from 20 to 22 June, 2018. The overall aim of the Colloquium is to provide a space for academics, applied linguists, professionals, and postgraduate students to meet and share their research findings or research in progress and ideas in an academic setting.
The X CIILE has two main objectives. On one hand, to contribute to the generation of knowledge through research done in the foreign language teaching and learning field in national and international contexts. On the other hand, the X CIILE has become a meeting point that promotes exchange of research experiences among national and international professionals to achieve innovation and excellence, as well as to consolidate research in our area of study. At the X CIILE, there will be plenaries, presentations, thematic panels and book presentations related to teaching-learning foreign languages and Applied Linguistics.
