Jean Piaget

 

 

(1)       Jean Piaget was born in Neuchatel, Switzerland on August 9,        (2) 1986. He became known to scientist outside his own country at the (3) age of only fifteen, when he published a series of articles in

 (4) scientific journals. He worked at the University of Neuchatel and (5) then, in 1925, he became professor of child psychology at the

(6) University of Geneva.

(7)       He became publishing his famous series of articles on child

 (8) education in 1932, and influenced  people’s ideas about child

 (9) development for the next fifty years. In 1955 he started an

(10) important academic center at the University of Geneva. And

 (11) became its first director. He continued as directo of this center (12) when he retired from the University in 1971. He was honored by (13) many universities, including Cambridge and Harvard, and won (14) many scientific prizes. The famous child psychologist died on (15) September, 16, 1980, when he was eighty-four-years old.
