Sr. Research Scientist
Job Responsibilities
– Delivers analyses to support programs, definition / implementation of indicators, standards and best practices with cross-functional teams
– Ensures documentation of the new methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
– Master’s degree / Certification Program in Statistics/Sampling or Bachelors degree in social science, operation research, or other hard sciences (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Physics etc.) with 3+ years research experience
– Quantitative research and analysis skills including competence with statistical software (R, SPSS, SAS, STATA)
– Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
– Collaborative team player with willingness and desire to work with global cross-functional teams of varying sizes
– High motivation to work on multiple projects with set deadlines, under pressure
