In the case of cancellation before the first day of classes, 80% of the total tuition and services (homestay programa,
extracurricular activities: mexican cooking, guitar, painting, mexican folk dancing and field trips) will be refunded.
During the first week of classes, 50% will be refunded.
No refund s will be made after the first week of classes.
No refunds will be made for Extracurricular Activities. Refunds for field trips will be made before the deadlines.
No refunds will be made for the firsts 2 weeks of the Homestay Program.
Refunds must be processed and won't be cashed immediately
Refunds, when received directly in the administration office will be made in Mexican pesos
Semester Programs
Registration fee is non refundable.
Before the first day of classes, 100% will be refunded.
During the first week of classes, 90% will be refunded.
During the second week, 80% will be refunded.
During the third week 60% will be refunded.
During the fourth week 50% will be refunded.
No refund s will be made after the fourth week.
No refunds will be made for Extracurricular Activities.

Individual ProgramssSpanish Individual Program and Independent Study Program ( 5 hrs. minimum)

If less than half of the contracted hours have been covered, 40% will be refunded.
No refund s will be made after more than half of the contracted hours have been covered.
No refunds will be made for the firsts 2 weeks of the Homestay Program.
