| January 25 – 30: Arrival at Xalapa and On-Site Registration |
Suggested arrival dates. Registration for the Spring 2012 Semester Program. All requirements must be
completed as well as the corresponding payment for the courses and services taken. Office hours: 9am-2pm. |
| January 31 – February 10 (10:00-14:00 hrs): Academic Advisory Meetings |
Advising sessions for individual course loads, Academic Coordination, Zamora 25. |
| January 30 (10:00 hrs): Orientation Session |
We will welcome all participants in the Spring 2012 Semester Program at Universidad Veracruzana and will
give you important information about different aspects of the semester. |
| January 30 (11:00 hrs): Guided Tour |
After the Orientation Session, we will take you on a guided tour around the facilities of Universidad
Veracruzana and will briefly describe key places in Xalapa. |
| January 30 (12:30 hrs): Placement Test |
A diagnostic exam in Spanish will be given in order to know your appropriate language level in
our school, Zamora 25. |
| January 31 (9:00 hrs): Placement Test Results |
The results of the diagnostic exam will be published on the Academic Coordination board so that you
can know your Spanish level and your schedule. |
| January 31 – May 9: Spring 2012 Semester Program |
First day of classes: January 31. Last day of classes: May 9. Holidays: • February 6, 20-22, • March 19, • April 2-6 • May 1. |
