The Registration Fee for members and non members includes a nametag, airport-hotel shuttle service, all Congress documents, admission to all academic events, coffee breaks, access to the IOHE-Expo, welcoming cocktail on Sunday November 9^th, lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (November 10^th, 11^th and 12^th) and dinner on Monday and Tuesday, November 10^th and 11^th. 

The Registration Fee for guests includes a nametag, airport-hotel shuttle service, access to the IOHE-Expo, welcoming cocktail on Sunday November 9^th, dinner on Tuesday, November 11^th and two daytime tours to Puerto de Veracruz, on Monday and Tuesday, November 10^th and 11^th.  

The Registration Fee for students includes a nametag, all Congress documents, admission to all academic events, coffee breaks and access to the IOHE-Expo. 

The Centro de Reservaciones Internacionales, S.A. de C.V. will send participants a receipt for registration fees. Cancellation requests should be communicated to the Agency. There are no penalties for cancellation prior to Monday October 6^th. From October 7^th to 20^th, a penalty charge equal to 30% of the total registration fee will be applied. From October 21^st to November 3^rd, the penalty will rise to 50%. After November 3^rd, the penalty charge will amount to 100% of the total registration fee.

 Air transportation. MEXICANA DE AVIACIÓN and AEROCARIBE airlines are offering Congress participants reduced fares on their national and international routes. Reductions vary between 5% and 20% according to the class selected and the flight confirmation date. The promotion applies to national and international routes operated by both companies. Participants, spouses and children aged between 12 and 20 years old registered under the following code are eligible:

The special fares are in effect between November 5^th and 16^th, 2003. Interested parties must book and purchase tickets by calling E-Conventions (LADA free charges) at the extension number designated for the event and mention the event code. A copy of the invitation, the convocation or the program of the Congress must be presented when collecting the ticket.

 Opening schedule: from Monday to Sunday, between 11 am and 7:30 pm (Mexico time).
